Fall Cleanse - Guided 12 Day Home Detox

Join Shri Wellness this fall for our introductory group cleanse! Whether this is your first or 100th cleanse, Ayurvedic cleansing invokes a physical, mental and emotional digestive reset. Detoxing has been practiced for thousands of years and serves an important role in well-being, longevity and digestive health.

Practicing in a group-setting is powerful as it holds space for release and commitment to renewal. Also, share and connect with others who hold similar intentions.

This intelligent cleansing method supports a reset for digestion and safely detoxes your mind +  body. Unlike many other popular cleanses, this Ayurvedic cleanse uses warm, comforting foods to invoke a gentle release of diet and environmental toxins built-up over time. It also uses nourishing self-care practices to support the restoration.

Our detox package includes:

  • Instructions for the cleanse - recipes included
  • Live calls before, during and after to discuss cleanse and answer questions
  • Three days of cleanse preparation*, five days of active cleansing and four days of rejuvenation*
  • Access to a private facebook group forum for Q+A
  • We also strongly encourage that each participant schedule an individual consultation (in-person or via phone/video) with Madison to explore personal wellness intentions, discuss specific health questions, and choose supportive diet + lifestyle practices for the cleanse.

* Preparation and rejuvenation are important to not shock the system. The idea is gentle cleansing. Preparation is a slow integration of whole foods and self-care techniques. The rejuvenation is when you gently return to your normal diet.

Cost: $125 (50% discount for the inaugural group cleanse!! -- regularly $250) *The cost of the cleanse does not include food. However, information on where to purchase items will be included in cleanse packet.

For additional questions, please contact us directly at hello@shriwellness.com.

Ready to hit the reset button? Register today by clicking the link below! HAPPY CLEANSING!

Registration is open until October 9th. After registering, you will receive a cleanse packet with all information that you need for the group home detox.

At a time when I was feeling out of balance and out of touch with wellness, Madison was able to understand on a spiritual and physical level what I needed to refresh and realign. Her approach is attentive and intuitive with a deep knowledge and appreciation for Ayurvedic wisdom. Not only does she walk you through adoption of Ayurvedic practices, but she teaches you the ‘why’ – the deeper meaning behind the teachings.

I participated in a 7-day cleanse with Madison and her guidance helped me succeed – I reached my goals and was able to begin a new, healthier path to complete mind-body wellness. She goes above and beyond to make sure she is working with your individual needs, rather than a pre-scripted generalized experience. I will absolutely be working with Madison again and I look forward to the next phase of growth with her!

Experiential Ayurveda Immersion
Oct
11
to Nov 1

Experiential Ayurveda Immersion

Please note this a four week immersion. It is every Wednesday evening from 6:30pm - 8:30pm at Karma Yoga Center beginning on October 11 and wrapping up on November 1.

Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word, meaning life knowledge. Ayurveda is the science of life. It is time tested and proven to support balance of mind, body and spirit. Its principles manifest through our personal constitution as well as the perceived world around us, such as the seasons, weather, food, and time.

In this four week immersion, you will learn the foundations of Ayurveda and access deeper levels of understanding through the lens of the Doshas: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. The Doshas can be considered organizational tools which help us understand and more intimately experience the five elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space (ether). We will explore the elements through this lens of the Doshas by using our bodies as a reference point for asana, meditation, and the senses. There will also be presentation and discussion.

The goal of the workshop is to give you a tangible experience and empower you to find greater well-being through the ever present pulse of life. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a notebook/pen and a mat for yoga practice. There will be mats available if you need one.

Cost: $108 for 4 weeks

Introduction to Ayurveda

Ayurveda is an intelligent, ancient wisdom that supports a healthy and radiant life. In Sanskrit, ‘Ayur’ means life and ‘veda’ mean knowledge. Thus, it is the knowledge of life. The holistic healing system has evolved for over 5000 years.

Ayurveda recognizes that our mind-body types are different. Therefore, our lifestyle and dietary habits should coincide with our mind-body type for optimal health.

During the workshop, you will discover your mind-body type, and learn self-care tips to improve your overall well-being.

Cost: $40 per person

Please call MoonDance Botanicals at 303.263.7275 to reserve your spot.
