I took an Ayurvedic cooking workshop with Madison in the spring and it was fantastic! I was only vaguely familiar with Ayurvedic principles and really didn’t know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, Madison made me feel at ease and confident. She easily broke down the concepts into manageable pieces and masterfully translated them into the different recipes we prepared. I left the class with a great baseline of knowledge and several recipes I could make on my own. It was also wonderful to learn some healthy recipes that could easily be made in the morning for lunch. Madison is such a bright light in this world. Her joy and her desire to share it with others is uplifting. I can’t wait to work with Madison again!
