We are what we eat! Cooking is an important skill and daily ritual to maintain health and longevity.
In this workshop, you will learn a few key Ayurvedic principles on cooking and eating for your mind-body type as well as for the season. We will practice the new skills and prepare a meal that is easy on digestion and full of nutrition. The cherry on-top is enjoying the beautiful creation!
