Did you know that over 70% of people have reported that they regularly experience physical and psychological symptoms of stress? You are not alone.

Although stress is higher than ever, it is important to remember that stress is a physical and psychological response to something you may fear, do not have control over and/or an experience where you perceive demands exceed capacity.

In this 6 week series we’ll unpack what sits at the root of your stress and how it impacts you. We will explore ways to reframe and create a new relationship with stress. You will discover practical daily and weekly habits that will change your life.

My resources, tools, and expertise combine to create a unique and powerful holistic approach to stress management. This program will enable you to find more connection to yourself and others, facilitate intuition and explore meaning and purpose in your life, and teach you how to care for your body with a proper diet and lifestyle for you.

Program Details

We meet virtually on six Tuesdays between June and July for a live group session which includes a teaching on each topic, a chance to ask questions and engage in discussion. You will have access to a private platform to connect with others and ask questions between sessions. Sessions will be recorded, so you will have access to them if you miss a week.

Week 3 - Mindfulness to cultivate presence
Week 4 - Digestion is key
Week 5 - Balanced diet for you
Week 6 - Daily rituals for harmony
