Come nourish yourself with a supportive yoga practice, and learn about safe cleansing methods. Start the two hour session with slow, mindful asana concluded with grounding restorative poses. After settling into our physical bodies, we’ll share ancient wisdom on Ayurvedic cleansing. You will have the opportunity to try yummy foods and get information on an at-home three day cleanse. We have also partnered with MoonDance Botanicals to bring you a soothing bath blend!
